Blocked by site on 4th day of subscription with no explanation

I used Match years ago, when it first came out and had an enjoyable experience with it. I signed up for a three month membership July 19, 2021. On July 23, 2021 I was browsing and was logged out of my account. My attempts to log back in resulted with a message that my account had been blocked. As customer service hours are M-F 8AM-5 PM CST I waited until this morning to call. This was after I attempted to resolve via their website and got caught in an endless loop of FAQ's and "are you sure" pop up windows before submitting my complaint. The woman who answered my phone viewed my profile and then said another department would need to handle it. I was put on hold and have been on hold for over an hour now. After reading and researching the consistency with which this problem occurs for others I regret signing up with Match again. I would like to receive a refund for my membership and know why my profile was blocked. This company has gotten to big and to focused on cutting corners to make a larger profit.
