About 7 months ago I ordered the Bling applicator and the little stones, but never received it. About 3 months ago I wrote to them, and they apologized and said they would send it right out. Today I received the little "jewels", but no applicator. They really are useless with out that, so PLEASE send me the important part to this order. Thank you. Esther
