Not even sure where to start!! They insisted on using an incorrect phone number thus never received any calls about my packages even after I corrected them. By that time they said they destroyed the packages. Which they dont!! Again reordered and one pair of boots I picked up only after pursuing DHL where the packages were. Only one pair showed up. The other pair?? Dorie in Richmond said I called to cancel the order!! This is a serious fraudulent company. No one is accountable. Dorie lied, probably kept the boots!! 60 minutes needs to go a show on DHL. If a staff person can lie about a package and say the customer cancelled, how many times does that happen?? User's recommendation: Run, do not use DHL!!!
