I made a purchase with Blair in December and they apparently signed me up without my knowledge to a Blair VIP program, the only benefit of which is that they have been billing my Visa card $14.97 per month. I only noticed it today, and found that they had been doing this since December. It is a Fidelity Visa and when I called their customer service center they seemed familiar with the scam. They cancelled my card immediately and will FedEx me a new card that I'll get Friday. They will also reverse all the bogus transactions and open a fraud investigation. Their service in dealing with this could not have been better. Lesson is to review your credit card statements carefully and look out for small, recurring transactions that you might overlook as I did.
