Black tank

January 23rd sitting in our lot, the black tank dropped to the ground. Took almost a month to be fixed, no shower,wash dishes and restroom use. Heartland did not consider this emergency. Because we could not get it too the dealership and used a mobile unit, I am fighting with heartland for our money after paying 2,300 up front.
