Black smoke coming out exhaust

I only had my cam am for 3 months notice black smoke coming out the exhaust, took it in for repairs they said I had water in the engine. I use it for work on my land don't even have water on my land they said they don't know of they will cover the repairs. They want 350 to tear down my engine first. User's recommendation: Don't buy a cam am.
