As a customer for more than 30 years and always paying on time, this company cut off my power two weeks after paying my bill online successfully on their website. I got a confirmation code for the payment and had no knowledge that five days later the payment from the account I always pay with was mysteriously rejected. 30 years of perfect, a pandemic, hot weather south Florida, and they cut me off in a heartbeat from their website payment problem. I guess they want all the extra fees they have chargedabout $50 extra. User's recommendation: Get solar and stay independent or micro manage every payment after you have paid.
