Billing practices: Inept and stupid. Possible Fraud!

I have had one or more SeriusXM radios (XM initially) for probably 20 years. I love the radio stations and that part of the service. Their billing practices are inept, stupid, and possibly intentional fraud! I once paid for a service in a car that had been sold and the service transferred to a new car. I happened to catch it and they only gave me one year back! Again this year, I bought the wife a new Lexus and it had 3 months free service. Yes, once again, they screwed that up and was on the phone for close to an hour (Indian Call Center) to get it straight after talking with a Supervisor! I just wish there was a comparable service and I would get it, purely hoping to get a billing service that is even close to correct. NEVER, I mean NEVER, give them your credit card! They charge a $2 service charge for sending a bill, but it least you know what you are paying! User's recommendation: NEVER give them your credit card. Monitor your billing, especially for new radios!
