Billing is a nightmare, Speed is inconsistent and terrible; look for other options

I live in a rural area and need to rely on their service. I talk with the company several times a month and each time the issues are not resolved...or they blame the router. Which I have changed to be certain it is the most current. Their service reps are always new...so you never talk with the same person. They raise rates without notice. If a service tech is asked to review their equipment, you can expect to be billed. User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
