Billing for leased Mazda

Leased a new Mazda in April. Since May I have made 6 payments through my bank's bill pay. The first 2 were returned by Mazda and the 3rd was 'lost.'. Mazda says they had software problems but the lost payment is not their problem. Meanwhile, I have been charged late fees. Website for account info is horrible. I have called them 8 times to try to work this out. Wait time to speak to a CSR is 1 hour. They do not accept electronic fund transfers from bank bill pay, only paper checks which have to be mailed. From mail date to Mazda website crediting date is 10 - 13 days!!! Where is the money going? Are they operating on the float using my money? They encouraged me to use their website to make payments. Really? Would I trust such a company with my banking information???? Dealings with this company may result in derogatory marks against your credit due to delayed payment crediting.
