Received my bill and called to have them submit through insurance, also asked if I could send payments. I was told that they would submit to insurance and that I could send payments. They would send another bill once the insurance claim came back. Received second bill and started making payments every 2 weeks with what I could afford. A month later they have sent me to collections. i also found out that this was never submitted to my insurance. Nothing but LIES. Also the EMT forgot pressure when inserting the IV and I bled everywhere. User's recommendation: Use them if it is an emergency otherwise get a ride.
