I have been a patient for over 9 years with Paradise Valley Family Medicine. I made a well-visit appointment and needed a well-form signed for my foster-care license. I was charged $155.00 for the visit to simply sign a form by a Nurse Pract. The Nurse spent more time talking about her dogs at home than she did with my visit. I called to clear the coding issue up and billing told me the codes are unable to be changed. When I asked what the diagnosis per my visit was she said it was admin doc. They actually charge $155.00 to have a NP sign a piece of paper. UNBELIEVABLE. No wonder people can't afford HealthCare.
