Ive been trying to get my subscription cancelled for months and nobody is sending me what I need in order to cancel my memebership. I havent used the service nor have I been in the location for atleast 15 months now and the service renewed the membership after the first one when I havent authorized the renewal. If you follow the 100% money back guaranteed no questions asked Moto I will need someone to follow that up. Cancelling a membership should not be this difficult.
