My Greige Billie strap broke for no apparent reason! A screw on one side looks as if it broke in two. I bought approximately 1/29/21 using Amazon pay. Cant find whole order number. I have a black one also and have never had any problems with it. You can see by my account I have been a good customer. Please advise. Amanda Berris {{Redacted}} User's recommendation: Stellar Cutomer service!! I will be a loyal customer.
