I cancelled my subscription very soon after reviewing the diets and information. I wrote the date down on the receipt that I cancelled it and kept it for awhile. I wasn't charged the next month so I thought everything was taken care of and I threw the paper with the date on it away. When my bank statement arrived in April for the month of March I found I was charged $39.00! I have tried 3 different phone numbers to correct the problem and can't get a hold of anybody to help me! User's recommendation: don't bother!!
