Billed after cancelling

I was billed after turning auto-renew off. They charged me and didn't even give me the service. They do not have an active phone number. You can't talk to a human customer service representative. You will be stuck in a never ending programming loop unable to help. User's recommendation: If you work paycheck to paycheck be wary of them billing you when they shouldn't.
