Bill resolved 20 days ago…still getting emails and texts

Update by user Jul 28, 2021 After another lengthy phone call, I finally got thru to a "Person", and he said after investigating it was a "system glitch". And that my balance is ZERO. I to never hear from them again! Original review posted by user Jul 28, 2021 I had to send them information from my bank showing the payment, I uploaded on July 6th and a few minutes later received an email stating issue resolved. I thought thank God! Well, they still are harrassing me with emails and texts. User's recommendation: RUN, AWAY FROM VERIZON.....
