Bill. I never. Charged.

I had someone that called me. And said I owed a 600 dollar bill from a credit card. And if I pay 400. Be cleared from collecting. I never. Apply for one. Said was from 2015. Why call now. Havent called before??? Not gonna pay for it cause I didnt make that charge. I never receive a card or any kind of bill. Must be a scam. Trying get money out of me.
