First of all I dont appreciate the language you have used in addressing me.I called about my March book and was told had accidentally closed it on March 12 ( but I never received that book. The lady who helped me work out the problemn was very understanding. I have never received the first March book.But again I was very upset how the email addressed me. User's recommendation: Poor customer service.
