Have used for years. went to premium instead of free. got hacked . they wanted 700$ at first then 500 then 250 then 150 for one year then 150 for three years. that pissed me off. Now you cant reach customer service by phone only tech services the same ones with insane prices. I am having trouble trying canceling my service and get refund. has turned into a horrible service that you cant understand them half the time. I would suggest not using their paid service ever. User's recommendation: get a customer service that answers the phone. Stop the high priced tech services. high pressure sale for tech service is rediculous.
