Beyond Pissed off customer

I purchased a fireplace with Bluetooth speakers which has not worked from day one, I reached out to price busters where I ordered the product from they told me to contact the manufacturer which I did, I have been communicating with the manufacturer for weeks they came up with a solution to send a part that is defective in the unit to my residence which I can not place in the unit as a woman. I am very pissed off and need someone to return to me with a resolution. I have paid my money so I demand answers as to why merchandise is being sold that do not work and I am getting the run around which is bad for business and bad customer service. Before I move higher up to have this resolved I am giving you all the opportunity to resolve this issue.
