I have been going to Beauty Brands for years in Independence MO at Little Blue Parkway....only to find out my “Master Stylist” that I have been going to for a long time was talking horribly about my daughter who is 15 to a good friend of mine while doing her hair. The last time I was VERY dissatisfied with my hair after paying 130.00. I called and told the manager I needed it fixed and wanted the same stylist to fix it even though I was unhappy. My friend confessed to me how it became uncomfortable for her to go to her anymore because of the way she was insulting my daughter to her. I know there is “gossip” in hair salons but this is unacceptable!! So I did not get my hair fixed and was out 130.00. So now you have lost 2 very long customers.
