My sister and I booked a trip to Iceland in December for a departure date in June. Not only did Beyond Boundaries neglect to contact us within the specified time, but we had to play phone tag several times in order to speak with Daniel, the trip organizer. We had been asked in March if we would be willing to delay our departure date one day. We could not accommodate new travel dates. Beyond Boundaries informed us that they would work with our schedule. Today, however, we received an email stating that the trip had been canceled due unforeseen circumstances. The circumstances that exist are lack of organization on behalf of Beyond Boundaries and a staff that is perpetually vacationing and unresponsive. I have been utterly disappointed with this company, and warn anyone against booking with them.
