BEWARE!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

I wish I could put 0 stars. This is the rudest company I have ever had to deal with. I called on June 24 to schedule an appointment for my dryer. I was told they would be there Thursday. No one came. No one called. We purchased the dryer through Lowe's and I had my fiancee call and try to figure out the issue. This morning Shawanda from Lake's Electronics called me and said they could come out Tuesday. Now mind you I have 7 children living in my house (so a dryer is a must have) and they have already no called no showed once. So I ask to speak to a supervisor. She asks me why and I explained. She then begin yelling at me and telling me that I can not speak to a supervisor or if I wanted to I can just sit on hold forever. You can imagine that I was pretty taken back by Shawanda's " customer service". A few minutes later a supervisor calls me and asks me what the problem is. I explain the no call no show and then my dealings with Shawanda. He did not even ACKNOWLEDGE anything I had said. So I bring it to his attention again and he calls me a liar and then proceeds to tell me Samsung isn't going to pay to fix my dryer that is under warranty and "Good luck" as he hung up the phone. This is bad? But wait there is more. He then speaks with my fiancee and begins to insult me calling me names and threatens my fiancee. All we wanted was our dryer fixed. I called Samsung and they are sending a different company to fix our dryer and after reading reviews similar to mine about this monstrosity I will be calling everyone I can to ask Samsung to change who they subcontract with.
