My name is Carolyn Pollock, I purchase a Amana Range in Dec 2016, model #8ER6603SFBBL, with a 3yr warranty. In Mar 2019 my oven stop working, Brandsmart came out an put a new part in for the oven, in Janurary 2020 my oven had the exact problem again, the oven went out. I was told from the Amana manufactures i should have had a 12 months warranty from time the oven went out the first. But Brandsmart saying it was a 90 day warranty, and therefore my warranty has expired..I am really upset because that oven should have stop working twice within 3 years . I'Bm feeling like i was sold a defected product, and no one wants to be accountable for it.
