Terrible experience! I sent them a pair of new Maui Jim sunglasses ($179) which I bought specifically to get them fitted with Rx lenses. After a full month of not hearing a word from them, and only after sending an email asking for the whereabouts of my order, they got back to me with the bad news: my sunglasses "were not Rxable". They never told me that this was a possibility. And the cost was still on me! I got my sunglasses back, but they charged me $20 for their failure. And because the whole thing took 45 days, the time window for me to return those Maui Jims (I need Rx lenses) is closed. So now I'm left with a pair of useless $179 sunglasses, an additional charge of $20 and a month and a half of time lost. Beware of these guys!
