This caused them to lock everyone's accounts. I've spent months trying to get into my account using every verification process available on their website with to no avail. On February 21st, I reached out with the support ticket only to be ignored until April 1st. By the time they reached out to me I was on a two-week vacation and they closed my case 3 days after reaching out saying that was resolved. They have deprived me of the opportunity to sell cryptocurrency at all time highs and are holding my investments hostage. No one man's their customer service phone numbers and there is no technical support User's recommendation: Do not use coinbase.
