We bought something from Argos on 27 March and found out that complete save now wants to help themselves to £15 per month from our credit card ! Fortunately we noticed this and got in touch with MBNA who have blocked the payment. They put us through to complete save customer services ( which is amazing as they would not answer the phone to us or reply to the two emails we sent) the representative has said that they will refund our £15 ....... we'll see if they do?!! Beware of this company as we had definitely NOT knowingly signed up for anything at all!!
