Over a week I cannot dial overseas.

Requested tech support to check problem of inability to dial overseas – there is NO connection. No response. Problem not resolved. Requesting credit for lack of services. User’s recommendation: Poor customer service.

They force you to make annual deposits into account even though you still have active balance. They close your account and you loose your balance.

Taking your money for the services that you didn’t use…

Taking our money $5.00 every month for the services that we didn’t use and the company didn’t inform that client that we have to pay that services. We just found out yesterday about the service charge! What the heck..taking our money without telling us or to update that kind of service!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE LONG DISTANCE CALLS JUST A CONNECTION ISSUES

I was using startec FOR LONG TIME to call to South America, Last year every time i make a call, the connection just get bad . I contact customer service, they mention they will fix the issue, time pass by and nothing happen, I just decide to cancel the services. I don’t recommend this company.
