I purchased 2 sets of bike racks and 2 sets of kayak racks. All threads in the screws for kayak racks broke, thats 16/16, they sent me 4. On a 1hr trip with bike racks the rubbers broke that hold the tires into the racks leaving the bikes fallen against the roof of the car. The frame holder did nothing to stop this from happening. I emailed to explain of the danger of this happening on a freeway and they refused to send replacements, said they were not liable for issues and suggested i bring back the equipment (some 3hrs driving from my home) Do not seal with this mob
