Class photo- grade 7—all kids faces bleached out of recognition, come on , they should know SOMETHING about lighting to work there! Not impressed with the way the photos were packaged and the respone to my complaints

Received my daughters grad pics uncut, in an envelop with no protection against crushing and there was coding on the picture so I have to now use a guillotine to cut it. for that price I would think they could cut it professionally, not having coding and deliver it in a more protective manner using cardboard etc....
