Belts keep breaking

I called warranty department and let them know what was going on, i was told that they have had some issues with the type of vacum i purchesed, that they where going to send me a new brush and belt and that should fix it, and if my belt broke again, to take it to the service center they work here in albuquerque Bobs Sewing and vacum, so it brok again remind you i havent even had this vacum for a year, the whole time i have owned it it has been broke, so i took it there, and was told it had water damge, and your warrenty does not cover this i said how in the world dies it have water damged i havent put it in water, to make a long story short i get a call from customer service saying i owe the company that fixed my vacum for a belt they replaced, i didnt take it in for a belt i took it in to find out why the belts keep breaking, i still dont have my vacum and i am still stuck with a vacum that does not function properly, so what to do, i always have bought Bisels products but it just might have ti start purching something different
