Bell Car Service does not send cars if you ask their name……

Have used for 2 years.....Anthony owner knows who I am as my mom is very sick and needs a special car to get in and out of. She cannot climb into vans or suvs. Yesterday, once again his nasty dispatchers when he is not there, kept putting me back in the *** and would not send a car. This went on for 45 mins after my explaining my mom has a brain tumor and needs a Camry....his dispatchers will not give their name..wondering why? What are they afraid of...? Have given Bell Car Service many chances and given Anthony many opportunities to straighten his staff out. He has no control over his nasty men. Quite a franklin, I no longer believe Anthony when he tells me he will talk to his men. This is one too many times, but this is the worst . Anthony does not care...no offer to make it right...no discount on a future ride.....He just lost 1-2 months work @ $64 a day....do the math to see what a *** staff is running Bell Car Service
