Being billed for a service call

1

I was without service for almost a month. When the service person arrived he installed new cable lines in my home. I didn't notice how the cable was ran outside of my home until after he had left. It looked very tacky so I asked if it could be redone. The person that I spoke with, a service person with Suddenlink informed me that he couldn't do anything about it. He told me to call in for a service person to come back out. Which I did. When I made the appointment for service I was not informed about there being a service charge. Once here, I was told that the way that the line was ran was the best that they could do. So, nothing was done. Why am I being charged for doing nothing??? Just because he came out to look and do nothing! Even though, I was with out service for almost a month. When calling billing I was told just because a service person came out I was being charged. Totally ridiculous!!! This is the worst service ever! Now I know why so many people are complaining. AT&T coming my way! I was billed on 5-27-21. [protected])
