Here it is 8:30pm and I still don't know if they are going to show up tomorrow morning at 9:00am. They jacked the price on us because we did not book it that day they gave us the original price and it was closer now and busses in more demand. There are all sorts of additional fees and, HEADS UP, you cannot see them until you are past the confirmation page, and they are almost impossible to figure out with the small, and very complex print. Then they said 24 - 35 business hours and it literally took 1 full week to confirm. Then the job manager for our bus acted like I was an idiot when I called and asked him questions. I started getting threatening emails saying that if I did not file my itinerary so they could clear it with some government agency, they would have to cancel our reservation, even though they had immediately taken our money, so I sent it off to them. Then I get more of the same emails, so I call our job manager and he asks for it and I tell him I sent it to his company earlier in the week. He asks me to forward that to him and he'll take care of it. I need the name and cell of the driver, just in case, and he does not get it to me. Then a woman calls and acts irritated that I have not gotten the itinerary to them. I say your left hand does not know what your right hand is doing, and ask her to get back to me with the name and cell of the driver, WHICH she has not done either. My job manager is gone for the night. Customer service is closed. When you call the sales dept to book a bus, you have to leave a voice mail message. So here I sit, not knowing if anyone is going to show up tomorrow morning. Reading the two prior "1 star' (out of 5) reviews, I want to say they are right on. I HATE this company and would urge NO ONE to ever use them. Now I'm going onto every review site I can find, especially Google, and copy and past this same honest review. Two can play the inconsideration game!
