Been waiting over 120 days for refund.

My wife and I booked a flight to Europe. Our returning flight was from Prague to Miami with a stopover in Lisbon. This flight had been changed more than 5 hours from its original date and time. But also due to the covid situation in Europe we were not able to stay in the countries we were to visit. We cancelled the trip. Go To Gate sent a refund request to TAP airlines. We waited the 90 days that we were told that we would get the refund within. After 120 days we have not heard anything. User's recommendation: Avoid doing any business with GotoGate.
