I ordered mattress on May 27th. It is July 10th, 2021 and I still don't have it. All their response emails are the same. They blame Fed Ex for delays. Fed Ex was not happy to hear that Dream Cloud was blaming them. According to Dream Clouds emails to me. My mattress has been sitting in warehouse for 4 weeks waiting on Fed Ex to come pick it up. Supposedly the mattress is supposed to ship in the next 7-10 business day. Which will put it at 8 weeks late. User's recommendation: Do not order it if you want it before 2 months.
