Been Abused and Surcharged

I went to Toyota service center for servicing my Toyota Sienna in Fremont, CA and I had the worst experience of my life. I was abused by the service engineer as he was nasty, abusive and charged me huge amount of money in the name of diagnosis. He made me feel less of myself and he was boosting himself. The service technician charged me $100 for putting the SD card in my car. This is outrageous and money making business. I even tried reaching the manager and left several messages but Is can't reach them. User's recommendation: Negative experience.
