Been a year and still hair dye has not came out

Daughter colored her hair purple back in 2020 in January. After 8 months pass we tried multiple things to try to remove the color as instructed by a licensed beautician. Iam very upset after all this time it has not came out. After the last solution suggestion was to bleach her hair which was rough on her hair and did damage it turned the purple to pink.
