Because Wallside Windows has the WORST SERVICE I have ever encountered

I had a door wall installed. In less that 1 year the class began to fog and the trim at the top showed signs of mold. I contacted Wallside Windows for service in August 2020 and they scheduled service for October 2020. The service tech comes out looks at the door wall and trim and goes 'yep, you need a new door wall and trim replaced" and leaves. I get a new schedule date for December 2020, the tech comes out replaces the sliding door and says, ' nobody told me to replace trim but it is written here in the service report from October. The schedule a new service date for February 17, 2021 but they make a mistake and tell the tech February 18, 2021 which I cannot not support. Now today, February 22, 2021 schedule a new date for March 29, 2021. 8 months to get the door wall properly serviced. User's recommendation: Go some place else for windows!
