I called Tide b/c I spot cleaned an event sweatshirt that is very sentimental to me with Tide To Go. When I put the shirt in the wash the treated spot bleached out. Ruined the shirt. The woman I spoke with at Tide said that all I could do was be refunded for the cost of the stain stick or mail my shirt in for the company to do testing on(NO!!) When I argued that I didnt want to mail my shirt in but that I could send pictures in for proof of the issue she got angry and hung up on me!! All I want is a refund for the price of the sweatshirt. ($60.00)
