Update by user Apr 30, 2021 I already talked with HotelTonight but they keep charging my credit card after the dispute. They made my night terrible with my friends and I want them to pay for this. I did not get any accommodation, any respect and any positive response till now. Except they accepted this was their fault once but how they keep charging after saying this? As you see, they are still giving me headache after 45 days... Original review posted by user Apr 30, 2021 In March 16th, I have reserved two rooms using HotelTonight website/app. When I have arrived to the hotel, only the first door was open to access the small room before the lobby. After calling the receptionist, told there is no room at that hotel. The receptionist was in the hotel but did not even come to try or find a solution for me and 4 friends. After this terrible experience I finally got 1 room from another hotel without using this app, and we slept in our sleeping bags! User's recommendation: Do not use.
