Because im pissed

I bought a 40-volt trimmer last march so it still under warranty I even bought the extended warranty not that it does me any good cuz I need a part and I can't get customer service the answer my phone call are call me back I will never buy kolbolt again not even as much as a screwdriver User's recommendation: Dont buy Kolbolt.
