Menards has no online customer service phone number. So the number that you have listed on your site is just a store in a town somewhere and they could not and would not help me. They referred me to the store closest to me and that store told me they dont really have a lot of control over online ordering and they would call Whirlpool and see what they could do but they didnt really think they could do anything somebody call me sometime now and then they hung up on me. I paid $2700 for a black stainless steel French door refrigerator nine months ago and I have gotten the refrigerator and no refund and they just told me too bad LOL User's recommendation: Don’t ever ever ever buy at Menards!!! They absolutely will steal from you. Almost $3000 they’ve stolen from me and I have no way to get it back.
