Be Very Wary
Bought a Wieland home in Woodmont subdivision in 2007. Home has three large wooden tiers/walls in the back yard. Due to extensive water wood rot they will have to be replaced. Apparently water drainage was not adequately installed and now we have an estimated $43,000 project to remove the old walls and install new tiers. Thats treated lumber walls that should have lasted well beyond 12 years. No warranty on Wieland walls.
