I had never had it before with the platform, but here it goes. I have had my orders never shipped to me. Before I did not shop that much with the marketplace. 2-3 orders per month at max. In the last month I placed more than 100 orders because of my renovation going at full throttle. I don’t remember a single day when I did not order this small detail or that. In the moment I did not see anything missed before I took on assembling my pool place. Which required tons of small things. And here I noticed that several screws and latches are missing. This way I found out they never actually shipped these to me. I figure that is the case when you are buying bulks of things.
