I placed my order for a 32-in Samsung LCD TV during the weekend and on Monday morning I received an e-mail asking to call them to confirm my order. When I called, the salesman (a very rude one) tried to sell me additional items. When I refused, he told me that I need to purchase the pedestal that was not included in the "retail" package they posted in their website for $200!. I contacted Samsung and thy confirmed tha the pedestal is INCLUDED. When I called back Prestidge Camera they said it is not included. I cancelled my order immediately and oh surprise, they charged me a restocking fee for an item that was not shipped!... Guys be aware of this site!
