I just need the small plastic cover to hold the batteries in. The response from customer serv. is that they might be able to find a cover for me---but I had to send in more info. They also needed a receipt for the purchase---which I do not have because the candle sticks are about 3-4 years old. User's recommendation: Candles are beautiful---but u would think they could keep some spare parts on hand.
