Bathroom shower is not clean

I booked my room at 8 something in the morning Las Vegas time, I get to my room by 7 pm and the bathroom shower HAS NOT BEEN CLEAN!!! Literally big clots of hair in the shower on the wall!!! I just dont understand 12 hours from booking and the room STILL NOT CLEAN. Front desk said they would send house keeping supervisor to my room NO ONE NEVER SHOWED UP. Its 7:30 am and me or my family STILL CANT TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE THE HAIR AND DIRT IS STILL IN THE BATHROOM SHOWER
