I recently visited the Safeway located at 1425 Cheshire Station Plaza, Dale City VA 22193. I had to use the restroom and found it absolutely nasty. Toilet paper was everywhere. It was out of soap so I couldn't wash my hands. And to top it off the dryer didn't work. I mentioned to somebody working there and got a look of why are you bothering me. I expect more from Safeway as a customer.
